I think even the 32 bit version addresses some of this. however fl10 added better multi core support so it makes use of balancing the load across the cpu cores in the 64 bit version a lot better. maybe getting one of the 9.something.somthing ones that updated issues is a smart idea. but 6 will run fine and you can do a 20 fx track project. You may be able to pull off fl7 for a few of the extra features. but you can run all versions including 10. I wouldn't use anything higher than fl6 if you want it to run smooth.
